Tour guide was good and knows the history very well. Even when we had to wait in line he talked about the architecture and was well prepared for the tour. Basilica was amazing and the view from the top of the dome is good. It's good that I bought the ticket in advance and bypass the 1st queue.

Since I wanted to visit the church's basement and rooftop, this option was the only one that fit my plans, but I was a little worried since I didn't see any reviews from other people. We didn't see any yellow flag personnel when the order suggested arriving early, so we were a bit anxious. After the departure time arrived, one of the people in charge showed up and told us that this time slot was moved back and to half an hour later, but we were upgraded to a free pass! The tour guide was very familiar with the entire tour, but the pace was a bit fast, and the explanation wasn't that detailed, probably because there were too many people in the basement to avoid congestion! But she still thoughtfully remembered the faces of the people in the group and would stop and wait for everyone to arrive. After the tour, she told us how to walk the route to the Holy Door later and took us to the entrance to prepare to climb to the top, allowing us to freely choose the option of climbing the stairs or taking the elevator (the fee is included in the itinerary, no extra charge), and then we were dismissed to visit on our own. Everything was very smooth and met expectations!
The tour guide's explanation was very detailed, which helped me understand St. Peter's Basilica more, and the explanation was lively. I'm very satisfied with this trip.
